New private placementI don't post much, but I am really disappointed in Ucore with this news release. In the recently released video, Pat Ryan made specific mention of "non-dllutive" financing being available. Being a large long term shareholder, this was finally reassuring. Yet less than two weeks later, dilutive financing is announced. Share price keeps tanking. Let's screw the long term shareholders even more!
I understand all that work costs money, but what happened to offtake agreements from OEM and other non dilutive funding? Don't announce one thing and then do another....
