RE:Down to 28.13 - Who All is Loading Up and Averaging DownWrote this in June, and a bunch more afterwards. Shares had already dropped a lot.. At 20-23 you ca n make some money on CWB. Personally I hold TD and Royal becuase I never buy the runt of the litter and then hope it turns into a great performer, but others have a different view.
