RE:Well got to admit that’s not the news any of us were lookingMartindale -- the value of the risk to the partner if Sonoro does not die or go away via settlement are that they are lurking in the background when the partner seeks to renew the lease or sell in 23 months. A lien agaist the PSC only has value if Sonoro gets paid. Litigation risk with this outstanding and a partner with even a filed claim could be enough to sour a deal or reduce the value of a deal that the partner puts together. I'll still bet that when Sonoro visits lawyers, some f-o money is possible. Best of luck to everyone else.
