TVI Pacific Inc. is a Canadian resource company focused on mining projects in the Philippines. The Company holds a 30.66% interest in TVI Resource Development Phils., Inc. (TVIRD). TVIRD's assets include the wholly owned Balabag gold-silver mine and Siana gold mine (Siana). It also has in its portfolio of projects its 100%-owned Mapawa project (gold), a 60% indirect interest in the Mabilo project (a copper-gold-iron skarn deposit that offers potential for multi-metal products, namely copper, gold and silver, with by-products magnetite and pyrite), and a 60% interest in Agata Mining Ventures Inc. RE:Re: Tvi management Yamymax - your venting is welll deserved. And your point of share buy-back is well taken. While it may be prudent to be positive about the company's future, the long timeline for shareholders patience is wearing.
Shareholder angst seems to be ignored, or perhaps maybe  this site is ignored or considered the "complainer board".
There is a valid argument that management appears to ignore share price, but they will be the largest benefactors once there is any significant movement. Shareholders with significant positions are reluctant to add to their holdings due to sparce reporting and growing distrust. None of us are getting any younger, so maybe this is a youth sport with a long horizon. Management is not getting younger as well
