TVIRD commitment to shareholders appears to be very minimal. The problem is that TVIRD has never had to satisfy or be concerned about any kind of investor base.
TVIRD basically operates as a private company, providing tidbits to TVI, whom actually does a good job relaying the limited information to TVI shareholders.
Since TVIRD is planning to IPO and become an publicly traded company in the near future (hopefully) it may be a good idea for TVIRD ( and somewhat TVI )to change their narrow mindset now
