RE:NanoXplore Inc. addition to board - Catherine Loubier Yes. was the first to mention, at the other buletin board, Catherine Loubier's nomination to NanoXplore's BOD. It was announced on the very morning during the very day of the recent Q1/2023 conference call.
Noone initially picked up on why the announcement by NanoXplore was disseminated on the very same day as the confernece call and most failed to key in on Catherine Loubier's past remarkable U.S./Canadian employment qualifications.
I doubt she or anyone else can move that quickly in actually securing "tangible deliverables" for NanoXploreand/or VoltaXplore.
Such linds of "deliverables", which would benefit NanoXplore shareholders and the share price specifically, are quite difficult to achieve so quickly tinkvid, i.e. unless Catherine Loubier was sent over to NanoXplore and came over with a series business proposals tabled by or on behalf of "would be" NanoXplore and VoltaXplore stakeholders and financiers in tow?
