The DMEVS "charging membership" information is great. To me it looks like fair pricing and a good set of rules. However, if I read it correctly they list the monthly cost but then ask for a lump sum yearly payment. What's with that? Everybody wants to stretch payments out and a lump sum requirement will make it less attractive. Finally, it might just be me but when you read the information it sounds like the script is either a computer translation of what was perhaps originally a Korean source document or maybe it was written by someone who does not speak English as their first language. Then throw in a few spelling mistakes and you have a good idea looking like a not very professional effort.
