The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective for a period of time different than a trading day. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in financial instruments, such as swap agreements, and securities of the index, ETFs that track the index and other financial instruments that provide daily leveraged exposure to the index or ETFs that track the index. The index measures the performance of approximately 2,000 small-capitalization companies in the Russell 3000 Index, based on a combination of their market capitalization and current index membership. The fund is non-diversified.

EVERGREEN GAMING CORPORATION ANNOUNCES SECOND AMENDMENT TO ARRANGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH MAVERICK GAMING.

Under the First Amended Arrangement Agreement, as amended by the New Amending Agreement (the “Second Amended Arrangement Agreement”), Acquisitionco will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Evergreen (collectively the “Shares” and individually a “Share”) at a price of US$0.63 per Share, subject to adjustment as set out in the First Amended Arrangement Agreement, as summarized in the news release of the Company dated November 30, 2022, by way of a statutory plan of arrangement under section 288 of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia).
