" Barking dogs are out trying to create as much manipulative noise as possible to drown out rational and relevant information. Numerous newly created posters out to try to distract and distort by using the manipulative tactic of empty questioning and diversionary posts. Just barking dogs."

All one has to do is look at the newly minted posters like those that I have highlighted over the past 7 days and the others who have moved on to other message boards.
