RE:For those who think a major
RE:For those who think a majorGoldenrivit - don't shoot the messenger, call investor relations, and ask them what we asked them, and you'll note their response is an acquisition at this stage in High's development cycle is premature... “most majors require 3+ million ounces to pounce on an explorer”.
I repeat, GRADE/THICKNESS, mine ability method & cost/ or margin (i.e., no deleterious elements, or barren rock), accessible to power, jurisdiction - all of these are considered by an acquirer- and HIGH clearly has all the boxes checked INCLUDING a 43-101 of a world class grade this early in the stage, which is what I think sets them apart.
We can't deny that the seasonality and the worldwide lab delays limited them thus far in being able to explore the sh__ out of these outstanding targets and is why the speculation fizzled out. That will only change once DC and Milkbone deliver more HG results that show we're onto another couple of major deposits, outside of the flagship mature target (JT), which just got a serious coat of wax applied to it based on that last drill hole. If these other targets can provide further evidence that they're JT look alikes and possibly even all linked as part of the same geological event, then the price will pop substantially, for the benefit of the next PP. One of Darwin’s goals is to be judicious with the treasury (has been so far) and minimize share dilution while advancing the project annually (has done this too).
The market seems to discount the latter…, and is the elephant in the room that needs addressing in 2023.
