RE:RE:310 MILLION SHARESThat is not a realistic question. House 1 is most likely the lead brokerages who bought into the financing at $0.165 and $0.31. And those would be institutions.
Every house has institutional clients so there is not way of knowing.  
As to the 310 mm shares that have traded in the past 60 days I would say at least 25% are traders (institutional and retail) so not long term holders but I do agree this is forming a new base. A stock with that much volume attracts day traders, no question.

AND of all the oil & gas juniors out there I think TCF is the closest to VLE as both have exponential production adds.

VLE added US$30mm/month cash flow in one news release, TCF will be adding 2mmcf/d over 15 more news releases at $180 US per boe.  

Own both into 2023.
