Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. Gradually the SP will go higher to reach a certain level and a buyout offer will come at a premium between 0% to 100%. It's usually the path and few exceptions in rare case. Are we a rare case!
