RE:RE:Kris Energy Tax loss carry?Not necessarily. That is the tax owing to Thailand. The'll have other expenses. Like the final $4.4M due for the aquisition, and the 4.4% special royalty for Jasmin and potentially taxes to be paid outside of that, and G&A costs, etc, etc.
Also, Wasanna profits are thai tax-free which helps to the positive side.
A bit closer to $40M net looks like to me for Q1, and $253M in liabilities (including MOPU payments and decommissioning costs).
