Artis and their joint actors. Samir has wanted to own Dream Office for a very long time. But there is a lot to work out. Including off loading DIR holdings, and a couple properties are co-owned that will need to be negotiated. Having said that, there is no guarantee anything will happen. I do believe the likelihood is very high though. Units being so low right now is in Samir's favor to grab D at a much lower price and "steal" the assets below NAV. Lots of levers for Samir to pull with D.
