RE:Q &A Mr. Duck this Robert Mwanachilenga, the "GM of ReconAfrica Namibia" is a phony! He is an infamous local Namibian con man known for outrageous claims and bizarre activities such as marketing bug eating ops.
From what I can figure he goes to energy conferences and registers as being with legit ops. That is how you got the Recaf affiliation from him registering at I think Africa Oil Week.
i think the Recaf folks are too slick to be connected with such an obvious questionable character as Robert. He even passed himself as being with Chariot and claiming they now had our rights and he was in charge of the drilling and oil. Now he is on to something else.
Don't believe everything you read especially about Africa!
