I see your points here, but I might have different opinions on some of them given 9 years of carrying this stock.

what I can tell, I was hoping new CEO will come with new thoughts out of the , flip it, diverse it but not seeing that, ONE thing this MGM can do and it will make this sp over .84 but they don't see it......
