True, taking it private with DAM is unlikely to achieve this. DAM wouldn't want to sell off assets in 2-5 years since they collect asset mgmt fees. 

I do not see DAM agreeing to sell their 38% stake very easily. It Samir and his crazy consortium can pull this one off I will be impressed. I may even invest in Artis.
