Uber Eats denied any agreement with 1CM.
The press release by 1 CM inc. regarding their retail brands "COST CANNABIS" and "T CANNABIS," which will provide cannabis delivery on the Uber Eats platform through a partnership between Uber Eats and Leafly, is false.
We reached out to Uber Eats, and they denied all relationships with 1CM. Moreover, they passed this matter to their legal offices, suing them for using the name of their company. The distribution of cannabis itself cannot be possible because it needs a medical prescription.
