RE:RE:A coming farther deflated GRA share price or definitely not? From my experience nothing exciting happens with Corporate developments, Share Price appreciation in and around AGM, Q results and being that it is tax loss selling time ( ANDThose that make quarterly installments on taxes owing deadline Dec 15 for this calendar year) so I am taking a wait and see approach here.
Yes tinkvid. I agree "that nothing exciting happens with Corporate developments, Share Price appreciation in and around AGM".
As pertains to the share price, I had to at least mention the remote possibility of something potentially share price positive happening leading up to, during and/or following next week's AGM.
I spoke previously to the tax loss selling season (strategic tax planning season) quite negatively continuing to impact NanoXplore's share price.
As pertains to the GRA share price, "the trend", it's been said, is your friend.
You'll also note I spoke previously to the possibility certain "institutional" GRA shareholders (e.g. Index fund investments managers on behalf of their high net worth clients and on behalf of their own book) would be collectively electing to aggressively capitulate in selling (in a quite collectively organized manner) on behalf of their high net worth clients and as greatly reducing their very own GRA exposures.
I expect we are approaching such a noteworthy "GRA shareholders capitulation presenting event" taking place sometime during Monday thru Wednesday of next week and continuing throughout the remainder of 2022.
Given the current rate of decline in GRA's share price, it would perhaps be reasonable to see the GRA share price move downward to circa $2.03 by Wednesday of next week, perhaps even breaking the CAD$2.00 mark and moving well below during the remainder of 2022.
We note that no follow-up company news being coupled with the potentials of index funds investments managers together electing to capitulate in quite the organized and sustained fashion, retail shareholders being incentivized to quickly conserve whatever is left of their equity investment here with NanoXplore and the triggering of such actions by something else perhaps pejorative which Mr. Nazarpour &Co could suggest for those present at Wednesday's AGM . . .
Suffice to say that there would be "a prefect storm" being shaped up and GRA shareholders could very well be subjected to experiencing another precipitous drop of NanoXplore's share price to a price point more closely reflective of the company's current cash on hand, i.e. specifically not the cash on hand at September 30, 2022.
I fully expect - and I do 'hope' to be wrong about this - the longer we go without "tangible deliverables" being announced on behalf of NanoXplore as having been successfully attained, the farther down toward a fully "current cash value" reflecting NanoXplore share price we would drop.
As I suggested, keep your powder dry tinkvid.
