AGM?

As JD mentioned the other day, the AGM is late. In the past few years under Dr Dr, it has been announced in early/mid November and held in late November or early/mid December. It's now getting a bit late for December me thinks.

Instead of flying around the world, why not announce the news right before the AGM and discuss it at the AGM. Were they too busy negotiating to get the AGM organized?

All I can do is speculate, but if the company is to be sold I'm guessing that would mean no AGM? Otherwise, why would the AGM not even be scheduled yet? Or perhaps it's nothing at all and it'll be announced soon and take place late December or January.
