But I honestly do not believe this will be the case this particular time around.
I don't think NA producers can fill the void left by the Russian stoppage of NG flows.
Even if the Russians continue to supply bad actors like China, India North Korea et al, they cannot come close to matching the amount injected into the market through their previous EU supply.
Nord Stream 1 and 2 were high capacity low cost delivery systems that cannot be duplicated in one or two years time. I am also not sure they will ever allowed to be put into service again.
