RE:Now it gets interesting.Can't really speak to the dissent, I have misgivings about the upside once the transaction costs are factored in for most minority shareholders, but wish you and all the dissenters the best outcome.  The whole deal is so sleazy, Rio has really shown a side of themselves and their corporate culture in their attitude towards the  minority holders at TRQ I found highly distasteful.  I would expect them to play hardball and be very tough in the dissent process.

As for taking TRQ proceeds over to ETG ... that's what I did with the last of my TRQ in October there was a sweet spot in the price ratios, but even at last week's prices I'm a big booster of ETG's upside especially now it looks like TRQ is going private.  I think you'll be very happy with that trade in a few months.  I'm loaded up and have been drinking ETG kool aid for 15 years plus ... so take my views with a grain of salt, but I have spent a lot of time pondering what and why is going on at OT.
