For someone who doesn't own a single share you sure seem to write in here.

Yes they issued a PP, yes it's not ideal, yes it's common place (especially for younger companies) and yes they still have very favourable share dilution compared to their peers.

Above are you shorting this company because it surely appears like it based on all your attempts to try and make things sound so bad all the time.

Again for someone with nothing invested here you sure like to post here.
