Safe passed in the House already, so I think it's just up to Senate to pass SAFE, HOPE and GRAM. So appears that the Senate will have up to 22 Dec to get it done. So this week, nothing happens but SP will come under pressure. The question is whether people will be turning to re-scheduling at the most realistic opportunity for Cannabis. This week could actually the best time to scale back in. Certainly when most find out tomorrow that Safe is not in Omnibus, SPs will nudge down.
