RE:RE:Just sell the companyThere are things that can be done now (not related to the Plan)to show that they consider the SP tto be ridiculously low,
1-Massive insider buying
2-Granting options at an exercise price higher or at least equal to the SP before the Pause was announced
3-Pre announce 4 th Quarter sales

Last I saw an analysis of, for example, just EGRIFTA, if you took todays sales and only grew them 5% and discounted at 8% for just 10-12 years, you'd have a value today of something in the $250m to $300m level based on free cash flow because the margins are very high. Those are rough numbers from one of the reports that escapes me I'm not sure the Trogarzo number, but maybe half that or something based on lower margins. That's whats been said by the analysts and how even the most pessimistic analyst gets a $3 fundamental valuation, not that it means much in an emotional puke. They need to show a way to net cashflow and the underlying value of the company would start to support it again like those numbers would show. Even at pretty flat growth the profits would be there with cost declines.

To put it in simple words I want my money now and don't want to let them restart another 5 year cycle to the next thing. Been there done that. Let send our CEO pursue other exciting ventures and hire Marathon to sell the dam thing.
