RE:RE:RE:RE:Now it gets interesting.Icon2012: The dissent window closed on December 8th.  Dissenters will receive a payment derived by the court system or arbitration.  Those who did not validly exercise their Dissent Rights will receive $43 per share once the arrangement is approved.
