Gabriel Resources to delist from TSX, list on TSX-V 2018-01-23 07:21 ET - News Release Mr. Jonathan Henry reports TRANSFER OF LISTING
Gabriel Resources Ltd. has voluntarily applied to delist its common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange and has received conditional approval to transfer its listing to the TSX Venture Exchange through the streamlined listing procedures of the exchange.
The company believes that the transfer of its listing to the exchange will provide for greater operational efficiency and lower costs for the company, while allowing shareholders to have continued trading liquidity on a recognized trading exchange, in line with its strategy to contain costs whilst focusing on the bilateral investment treaty claim against Romania.
Gabriel's common shares are expected to commence trading on the TSX-V under the existing symbol GBU from the opening of trading on Feb. 1, 2018, and, pursuant to the application to voluntarily delist from the TSX, the common shares will continue to trade on the TSX until the closing of the market on Jan. 31, 2018.
No action is required by shareholders.
