Good day!  Looking to plunk some money down here but saw where you might be under SEC accounting review?  

Is that true this company has been around 11 years but doesnt have any revenue, not even $1 dollar?  How has this been able to go on for so long without production?

Looking forward to gaining knowledge on MLYF but the SEC probe does cause some concers, especially 3 accounting forms in less than 1 year?  What happened there?
