Nice point Enriquesuave to mention that, for urologists, our treatment is not much different than what urologists are familiar with;  they insert the instruments (fiber optic) in the urethra, they instill the pdc like they do with BCG for example, the dosimetry software is simple to understand and automated.  Then, they wait 1 hour, just like in the picture we see in the TLT presentation, with their arms crossed, sending a message that it's not that complicated.

There is no pill produced by big Pharma which treats cancer effectively.  Immunotherapy is IV with lots of side effects.  A One and Done treatment that is simple and uses pretty much the same standard equipment urologists use should be an easy sell.  Plus we have RUtherin
