The Company retains 100% of the mineral rights to the Record Ridge Property, which consists of 29 contiguous mineral claims, eight crown-granted claims, and one privately owned claim totaling 8,972 hectares. The known magnesium mineralization is located within two of the mineral claims. The infrastructure for the proposed development of the Record Ridge Property is located on mineral tenures controlled by the Company.

Some junior mining companies have already recieved "approvals" didn't change the SP much...

With mining nobody really knows. There are many videos and interviews talking about how important these metals are but mostly private companies seem to make progress.

I don't really see TSX.V mining companies as investments after holding for many years. I mean I hear on these boards that 1 in 10,000 mining comapanies make it to production.

1 in 10,000 do you really think that is a good investment.

Now if you like to gamble then you might be in a good place. That being said I am holding w.h.y because I think it might be that 1 in 10,000.
