RE:Deal Metricsso Meditech issues 75900000 shares for $10M USD, OR $0.1318 USD per share.  Meditech then turnsaround at issues .9556 of those shares for every BTI share, OR .9556 * $0.1318 USD = 0.1259 USD per BTI share.  Converted at today's exchange rate of about 1.35 CDN per USD you get a $CDN price of ....you guessed it! 17 cents CDN per share....don't spend it all at once

Barsax, where are you getting -- Meditech (sic) issues 75900000 shares for $10M USD ?

As per the Marketwatch article.....

Midatech is "....planning to raise $10 million via a two-part equity fund raising. It will use the money to repay some of Bioasis' debt and for working capital to support the enlarged group's business plan...."
