Agree, wait until dividend is cut then buy. I bought in @ 19.50 several months back on a brokers recommendation and am under water a bit. 2nd time I listened to a broker and got burned. Never listen to a broker again. Not crying as I will buy in once dividend is cut and will average down. Confident that I'll recover overtime and will be satisfied with a 4.50-5% divy in the interm. Just hope Board comes up with a good game plan to reduce detb and increase revenues/profits.
