10-day historic volatility is at 69%. You can proclaim that "low," but to quote you, "No it's not." 

Overpromising is not "good news" either. Much better for us investors if this company picks a realistic goal on revenue and then actually meets it. Enough of the razzle-dazzle.  Loss of credibility creates a portfolio destroyer investors. 

Oh, and DO name one of those companies with expanding contracted business and insider buying by CEO that's stuck in the mud.
