The April 27 PR has no quote by Davis, only statements of Ucore managements' summary of independent results.Think what you want. It looks to me likein the Jul 12 PR, Davis did not put his name behind whatever cost savings Ryan/MacDonald tried to claim. I doubt that just slipped the mind of Davis/Ryan/MacDonald.Maybe Davis has professional integrity and a pofessional reputation he's trying to maintain, so doesn't want to say what Ryan/MacDonald wanted him to. MacDonald has about as much integrity as Trump ... maybe less.
