RE:RE:HOW DO YOU STOO A LIAR? CONFRONT HIM WITH FACTS!

I agree with your thoughts and arguments Kitman, especially with reference to JRL.

The first thing needed is to stop JRL's serial litigation. How to do that? Stop funding going to him. I hope the verdict by the BCSC will finally stop the flow of cash to him.

So much of the money raised was sent to Chile. Finding out how it was all dispersed there would have to be done by a forensic accountant. Not an easy job after all this time. JGT would have the best information on where the funds other than to himself  were invested. JGT is in a difficult position. His legal license could  be in jeopardy for his roll in this whole fiasco. He is protected by attorney client privilege as long as he didn't break any laws. From what I know JRL is his only client. For the first years of this saga, JGT had little to no English. He would not have known whether court verdicts he learned of were passed on to BJ and MSX. BJ had no Spanish, but certainly was informed when it came to light that JRL was omitting specific court outcomes that affected his claims. But then there were the endless appeals. At what point did JGT know or suspect what was really going on? His representation of MSX/ BJ is a real legal dereliction that BJ owns, but JGT should never as a lawyer, agreed to.

The fact that most of the money raised went south to Chile, would make it very difficult for the CRA to find much undeclared income from JRL. He set this up well to escape scrutiny and ownership of any fault. However, he did not fulfill the Option Agreement he had with BJ and MSX. This then is the basis of the lawsuit from BJ against JRL and on behalf of the shareholders.

From what I know, JRL spent large amounts of money received on family (in Chile and Canada), fun (I use the term loosely), properties in Chile, paying JGT, etc. etc. You would need an Investigative team like W5 to follow up and dig into all of this. From what I know the RCMP IMET are not well equipped with staff or resources to dig into something like this that spans years and two countries and involving less than $10.0 million.

The fact the BCSC found BJ guilty of incompetence etc., doesn't help what I hoped would be a referral from the BCSC to the RCMP. If they didn't think BJ was guilty of fraud...and BJ has never reported JRL over these last few years, it doesn't bode well for success. This is why I think the instigation of the lawsuit has to come from BJ with regard to the Option Agreement not being fulfilled. I think all of us want to know what side of the fence BJ is on now too, after his loss to the BCSC. He would need a very competent lawyer and help from other competent shareholders to pursue this.

There may never be a chance for dollar reparations from this, but anything that would stop JRL, and increase his financial pain would be a positive result imo.

It would be good to hear from other shareholders on what they would like to see happen?
