My thoughts exactly. Based on the 463 zone, we are at a seminal moment here as to what happens with the share price. If they continue to hit at the 463 zone, we go much higher. The other projects are shaping up to be nice bonuses for us shareholders and we'll see how they play out as well. I wonder if Tim has one last news release for us this year? Doubtful but we'll see.
