RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Additive Manufacturing to reach US76.16 billion by 2030 Exactly!
The "strategy" Pyrogenesis used to become the "leading supplier" of AM powders is what sets them apart from everybody else!
They could have re-entered the market sooner, but instead chose to wait until they were 100% satisfied that they had created the utilimate highest quality titanium powders "NexGen" brand, that will become second-to-none as the leading product in this multi-billion dollar industry!
PyroGenesis’ Additive division’s goal is to become a leading supplier of plasma atomized metal powders to end-users of additive manufacturing (AM) and 3D printing, specifically targeting, but not limited to, the aerospace, biomedical, and automotive industries. The Company believes that its NexGen™ metal powder production system, a single-step process that is unique in that it uses wire as a direct feedstock in such a way as to enable it to produce significant gains in production speed, particle size control, and cost.
As stated in this NR dated Nov 2/22
"Validating our process, our system, and ultimately our product, to the most stringent and challenging standards has been critical to our strategy to produce the highest quality titanium metal powders,” said Mr. Massimo Dattilo, VP, PyroGenesis Additive. “We continue to be on track for a Q4 2022 / Q1 2023 target for final submission and approval.”
Don't be fooled by the bashers/Fudsters! That is their job(what they are paid for) to scare nervous investors into selling their shares! Selling at these prices will only make them rich when Pyrogenesis divisions come to fruition!
Patience is key! Shareholders will be rewarded handsomely when the time comes!
Long and Strong Pyrogenesis

sorrenson wrote:hahaha ..yeah they will produce nothing for half a decade while having to print shares to pay the bills.... Gee I wonder what all the people on the second shift have been doing for half a decade.... Euchre or Bridge??
My bet IMHO is they cant produce powder due to legal reasons as they sold the patent years ago.. .
the " we dont feel like making money as it is hard to count and its easier to print shares..story just doesnt seem to wash.. especiially with 10 ton deals and 9 NDA's..
developbc wrote: sorrenson wrote:Why dont you tell everyone how much powder they have sold since announcing the " return to powder " in 2016....
How about since the "second shift was added in 2017"
How about the 10 tonne minimum contract in asia
100Kg of samples in May 2022 ...paid or unpaid? vs 1000 tonnes a year at AP& C
care to explain or simply pump and deflect....

The fact that Boeing selected PyroGenesis for these studies further validates PYR's powders (take a look a the results in the studies).
Also, from PyroGenesis' recent news release (NR) on Additive Manufaturing/3D Printing:
- European Manufacturing Facility
Further to its press release dated July 18, 2022, wherein the Company announced that, in anticipation of expected growth of the European market as well as nearby markets, it is pursuing a strategy to build and operate a metal powder manufacturing facility in Europe:
The Company is happy to announce that it has entered early-stage discussions with at least one potential partner for this endeavor. This process is not expected to result in any significant action before 2023.
- Repurpose of R&D Reactor for Commercial Specialty Applications
The Company is upgrading and repurposing one of its existing plasma-atomization reactors, previously used for various metal powder R&D activities. By doing so, this reactor will be able to produce commercial metal powders for specialty applications. This process is currently underway. Long and Strong in PyroGenesis!

I think Fraush posted Boeing production #s per Dreamliner info a few months back. The demand for Ti powder is real.
Though our resident experts will tell you the world is ending and PYR is the wrong place to be.

Constant FUD trying to mislead. Pyro strategy as stated numerous times was to take the more difficult route of producing the highest quality titanium powders ...targeting higher and harder to qualify 3D printing in aerospace, biomedical and automotive industries etc...
.
PyroGenesis’ Additive division’s goal is to become a leading supplier of plasma atomized metal powders to end-users of additive manufacturing (AM) and 3D printing, specifically targeting, but not limited to, the aerospace, biomedical, and automotive industries. Keep up the misleading FUD twisting lies:
In 2014, Arcam acquired Montreal-based company AP&C, a division of Raymor Industries ("AP&C"), for CAD 35MM.(1) AP&C was producing powders using PyroGenesis' proprietary technology under an agreement which precluded PyroGenesis from competing with AP&C until 2012. Since then, PyroGenesis has vastly improved the technology, and such improvements remain the sole property of PyroGenesis.
