RE:Libel trial exhorto It will be interesting to see JRL continues to fund this lawsui in Chile against CMN. Will BJ continue to raise money on his behalf? If BJ does raise funds for these court cases in Chile, it will answer a lot of questions I and other shareholders have about him.
BJ's time would be better spent going after JRL and any of the funds JRL has left from what he got from Crystal Wealth? Of course, the investigators of the Crystal Wealth fraud may already have found JRL?
Knowing BJ will not want to be deposed in his case C 2418-2021, against Ossa / Claro in January, I expect to see this lawsuit withdrawn soon.
Where will JRL find funding to further these cases with JGT? Would BJ be stupid enough to continue to help them? What will be revealed in the Chilean courts in the next month or so will determine forward action by myself.
