RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:InsightGentlemen,  its ok and expected to have differing opinions and even disagreements
amongst ourselves.  After all this is the stock market and that is what makes it a 
market.  You both have valid points IMO.  BIR is oversold at the moment but I believe
that will get corrected over the coming weeks after tax loss season.  Too many good
catalysts here at the end of the day.  I was in the business for a while years ago
and there is simply no question in my experience that manipulation went on then
and goes on today.  Yes there is more oversight  now but technology has also advanced
to make it more difficult for security watchdogs to nail people.  With algos and various
lightening quick trading programs on super charged computers,  there is a distinct
advantage to large insititutions and hedge fund players that overwhelm the little guy
as well as the regulatory authorities.
