RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Feds...big bucket of cold water:The roads are packed and so are the mall parking lots , smalltime would have you believe everyone is at home curled up in blankets . Energy use is up and it will continue , people will complain but what is the alternative ? Government policy ensures domestic supply will remain constrained which will keep prices firm , its crazy but Fed policy and government policy are fighting each other .

People alternate in the office so the office is always open lights on and heating.
So i guess while im not using gas on the days at home i am burning gas for heat or power for the AC unit
All thess people working from home just using electricity and heat versus car gas i guess
Although when going to the office traffic is just as bad. I think people used government money to buy 2nd cars to avoid transit
I bet transit riders are way down since the roads are packed even with people working some days from home
