Insider FilingsPaul Huet (KRR’s CEO) and his colleague/insider Benjamin Doolin sold 124,820 shares of KRR a few days ago for the price of about 4.60 (~ CAD 575,000 worth in total). Apparently, they think the stock has achieved its next peak and will go down for a while. It looks reasonable since previous 6 peaks within last 2 years were between 4 and 5 CAD.
The recent spike to 7.50 in April was probably an excess since it was clearly associated with higher gold prices (around 2,000) which we don’t observe now.
I would not be surprised if they buy back at about 3.00 level.
I placed my “buy’ order with a limit of 2.85 and hope it will be filled shortly.
