You'd think at bid for 140,000 shares at .99 would bring on some competing bids but that doesn't seem to be the case here.
Then again, a bid for $150 grand of stock in a company cap'd at $170 million is nothing.
Someone will probably hit it, and I can guess who.
Probably the bsame person who sold a total of 56,400 shares at a buck and 99 cents on Thurday and Friday.
