What's going on?

What's going on?Stock has doubled in a week and nearly tripled in 7 weeks. Feels like T.PRN is getting acquired. One could surmise this is just a bounce from the bottom but there are lots of small/micro cap medical device and medical technology companies that have not bounced from their bottoms or are continuing to make new lows. T.PRN is acting differently? Anyone have any insights?
