RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DSU and RSU

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DSU and RSUWhy exactly?  Why capitulate entirely? The board could easily have two less seats on it for example. The way these people renunerate themselves this could have significant savings. We are no longer a conglomerate with multiple lines of profitable business. We just have one Phoenix slowly rising from the ashes. That's it that's all. Yes we sell some bi-products. We have some other divisions that are essentially zombies generating receivables.  In no way is executive compensation commensurate with the business itself. yes I am aware of Helms Burton. But the premiums are ridiculous.  And the culture of overcompensation and entitlement in this company runs very deep.  The pending payouts are unconscionable. Nothing will change unless shareholders stand up to this ludicrous bleeding dry.
