CGX Energy Inc. is a Canada-based oil and gas exploration company. It is focused on the exploration of oil in the Guyana-Suriname Basin and the development of a deep-water port in Berbice, Guyana. The Company, through one of its subsidiaries, holds an interest in a Petroleum Prospecting Licence (PPL) and related Petroleum Agreement (PA) on the Corentyne block in the Guyana Basin, offshore Guyana. The Company, through its subsidiary Grand Canal Industrial Estates, is constructing the Berbice Deep Water Port. This facility, located on the eastern bank of the Berbice River, adjacent to and north of Crab Island in Region 6, Guyana, is being constructed on 30 acres with 400 m of river frontage. Its subsidiaries include CGX Resources Inc., GCIE Holdings Limited and CGX Energy Management Corp. It is the operator of the Corentyne block and holds a 27.48% working interest. Its Wei-1 exploration well is located west of the Kawa-1 discovery in the northern region of the Corentyne block.

Were you around during KAWA... price action was similar yet I remember once it was announced and going we tripled in weeks... and that was before results... once this stock gets active it doesn't take long to take off hence the float... if you know you know. People who have held this are holding tight because WE are risk takers willing to ACCEPT the risk that comes along with owning this stock. It's simple if you can afford to take that risk, hop in cuz it can turn out to be life changing, and that's what we're in for. If not I hope some of you caught wind when this thing was at $4 pre kawa results. I don't think there's better upside in any offshore drilling company as we speak. Other companies with billion dollar market caps are right where we are so I think it's worth a shot. Name another opportunity where you can buy into a piece of a COUNTRY's pie. So all you negative nancies are really wasting your time on here bashing because I don't think you're really hurting anyone but yourselves. Anyways I've said my piece. Glta and everything I've said is obviously IMO.
