Everyone keeps saying that the board and management should be held accountable but what does it actually take to collectively be able to legally sue the company?

It's literally incongruous and impossible.

The shareholders here have suffered tremendously, and if there is justice, someone should be held accountable.

Very likely several people.

The ones who were ultimately responsible.

I know I'm not one of them.
