NLR is now essentially a part owner of Reyna Silver and vested in their success, even if they slowly sell the shares they are getting over the next two years. Longer term, they still have the option to sell half a one percent royalty, which I think is likely to happen. That will bring another 2.5 million.
The deal appears to mean that Reyna Silver has exceptionally high expectations for Medicine Springs, or they would not have entered such a deal before drilling results are announced. This means that the shares in Reyna that NLR will be holding will increase in value, increasing the value of NLR shares.
This looks like a win-win, so I just talked myself into keeping my 1,000 shares in NLR along with my heavy investment in Reyna Silver.
