The Bioasis press release spins it as a merger. The Midatech information calls it an acquisition. It's an acquisition.

Calling it a merger is an attempt to detract shareholders from the realization that 10% ownership in the resulting entity, Biodexa, is an acquisition of Bioasis. Calling it a merger tells you a lot about how unforthright Dr. Deborah Rathjen really is.
