Yes, incentivize employees - but link the incentives to KPI's; and not just random oh I went to two conference KPI's so I get 10,000 shares. Proper KPI's - i.e. EBITA growth quarter over quarter; SP holding steady at a fair valuation; milestone targets for contracts, etc.
