Birchcliff Energy Ltd. is a Canada-based intermediate oil and natural gas company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for and the development, production and acquisition of oil and gas reserves in Western Canada. The Company’s operations are focused on the Montney/Doig Resource Play in Alberta. Its operations are concentrated in the Peace River Arch area of Alberta. The Company has a 100% working interest in its Pouce Coupe Gas Plant and two oil batteries, as well as various working interests in numerous other gas plants, oil batteries, compressors, facilities and infrastructure. Its Pouce Coupe Gas Plant, which is licensed to process up to 340 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d) of natural gas, is located in the heart of the Corporation's Montney/Doig Resource Play.

RE:These prices are ridiculous I agree. I am holding on to be rewarded more. Their guidance is to generate 855 million in adjusted funds flow divided by 266 mil shares and based on a $10 share price is $3.20 cash flow per share.. Free cash flow after capex and .80 dividend based on 10 bucks a share  priice is $1.50 per share.

I didn't see any of this is Guido's calcualtions given the fact that the dividend of.80 is very sustainable, so over what, an 8% yield which will be announced on Jan 18th I suspect, that appears solid at $70 US WTI and 3 bucks C NG. Quite frankly I don't know where else we can get this in the O&G industry, maybe TOU. No debt, access to 3 main markets, etc, etc
